Precautions and Warnings of Aclozest Sp Tablet

Pregnancy

Taking Aclozest Sp Tablet while pregnant is not recommended. As a result, pregnant women should avoid taking it. Taking the medication during pregnancy can result in heart defects in the infant, as well as a delayed delivery and an increased risk of bleeding in both the mother and the baby.

Breast Feeding

If you are breastfeeding, you should avoid taking Aclozest Sp Tablet.

  • You have issues with your kidneys or liver.
  • You had issues with your heart, such as high blood pressure and heart failure.
  • You have bleeding, ulcers in your intestine (perforation), or Crohn's disease, and your stools are dark and tarry.

  • You are an alcoholic, and taking the drug at the same time will damage your liver.
  • You had blood-related issues such as clotting issues and anaemia.
  • After taking Aclozest Sp Tablet, you develop skin rashes and lesions.
  • If you're an elderly patient, take diuretics, or have kidney problems, your doctor can order renal function tests.

How Aclozest Sp Tablet Works

Aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase are all included in the Aclozest SP Tablet. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) (fever reducer). They function by preventing the release of pain- and fever-inducing chemical messengers in the brain. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that facilitates healing by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation.
