How Acolate M Kid Tablet Works

Levocetirizine and Montelukast are both present in Acolate M Kid Tablet. These two together alleviate sneezing and a runny nose caused by allergies. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic that prevents runny noses, watery eyes, and sneezing by blocking a chemical messenger called histamine. Montelukast is an anti-leukotriene drug. It operates by preventing the release of another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This relieves symptoms by reducing inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose.
