Acupenem 1000mg Injection is used to treat severe infections of the skin, lungs, stomach, urinary tract, blood, and brain (eg. meningitis) and it is  used to treat critically ill patients admitted to the hospital. 

USES OF ACUPENEM INJECTION

• Severe bacterial infections

SIDE EFFECTS OF ACUPENEM INJECTION

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Headache
• Rash
• Diarrhea
• Anemia (low number of red blood cells)
• Constipation

SAFETY ADVICE

Alcohol

Consuming alcohol with Acupenem 1000mg Injection does not cause any harmful side effects

Pregnancy

Acupenem 1000mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. 

Breastfeeding

Acupenem 1000mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. 

Driving

It is not known whether Acupenem 1000mg Injection alters the ability to drive. 

Kidney

Please consult your doctor.

Liver

Acupenem 1000mg Injection is safe to use in patients with liver disease.
