Advastat CV 10 Capsule is used to prevent heart attack and stroke and it can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. 
Some of the comon side effects of this medicine are Stomach pain, diarrhea, indigestion, constipation, and headache

Alcohol

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Advastat CV 10 Capsule.

Pregnancy

Advastat CV 10 Capsule is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding

Advastat CV 10 Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding.

Driving

Advastat CV 10 Capsule does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

Advastat CV 10 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease.

Liver

Advastat CV 10 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. 

WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE ADVASTAT CV CAPSULE?

If you miss a dose of Advastat CV 10 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
