What is Afasma-SR Tablet?

Afasma-SR Tablet is used to treat and prevent symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (a lung disorder in which flow of air to the lung is blocked). It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening it and making it easier to breathe.

What are the uses Afasma-SR Tablet?

Afasma-SR Tablet is used for treating,

• Asthma
• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

How to Use Afasma-SR Tablet?

• Normally take Afasma-SR Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• It may cause diarrhea, gas or an upset stomach.
• Put it in your mouth but do not swallow it.
• Do not handle the tablets with wet hands.

If you forget to take Afasma-SR Tablet

• Take your Afasma-SR Tablet at the next scheduled time if you miss a dose and it is close to the next scheduled dose.
• Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you missed.

If you take more Afasma-SR Tablet

• Contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital if you are taking more than the recommended tablet.
• These effects usually wear off in a few hours.

If you stop taking Afasma-SR Tablet

• Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking this medicine.
