What is Alfalog Tablet?

Alfalog Tablet is contain Alpha Ketoanalogue.  And, Alpha Ketoanalogue contains all amino acids essential for uremic patients. It is used for the prevention of deficient protein metabolism in kidney diseased patients with glomerular filtration rate (GFR) less than 25 ml/min.

What are the uses Alfalog Tablet?

Alfalog Tablet is used for treating,

How to Use Alfalog Tablet?

  • Normally take Alfalog Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
  • Do not crush or chew the tablet.
  • Put it in your mouth but do not swallow it.
  • Do not handle the tablets with wet hands.

If you forget to take Alfalog Tablet

  • Take your Alfalog Tablet at the next scheduled time if you miss a dose and it is close to the next scheduled dose.
  • Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you missed.

If you take more Alfalog Tablet

  • Contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital if you are taking more than the recommended tablet.
  • These effects usually wear off in a few hours.

If you stop taking Alfalog Tablet

  • Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking this medicine.
