Alkem Plus Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Cetirizine, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine, which relieves common cold symptoms. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks histamine (a chemical messenger) to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

  • Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you missed.

If you take more Alkem Plus Syrup

  • Contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital if you are taking more than the recommended Syrup.
  • These effects usually wear off in a few hours.

If you stop taking Alkem Plus Syrup

  • Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking this Syrup.
