What is Ambrosol LS Syrup?

Ambrosol LS Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol and Guaifenesin, which relieves cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways.

How to Use Ambrosol LS Syrup?

• Normally take Ambrosol LS Syrup exactly as your doctor has told you.

If you forget to take Ambrosol LS Syrup

• Take your Ambrosol LS Syrup at the next scheduled time if you miss a dose and it is close to the next scheduled dose.
• Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you missed.

If you take more Ambrosol LS Syrup

• Contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital if you are taking more than the recommended Syrup.
• These effects usually wear off in a few hours.

If you stop taking Ambrosol LS Syrup

• Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking this Syrup.
