Amizu 10mg Tablet is contains Amitriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant. It has anticholinergic and sedative properties. It prevents the reuptake, and hence the inactivation of neurotransmitters called noradrenaline and serotonin, that are present at the nerve terminals in our brain. Reuptake prevention of these monoamine neurotransmitters potentiate their action in the brain.

  • Do not handle the tablets with wet hands.

If you forget to use Amizu 10mg Tablet

  • Use your Amizu 10mg Tablet at the next scheduled time if you miss a dose and it is close to the next scheduled dose.
  • Do not use a double dose to make up for the one you missed.

If you use more Amizu 10mg Tablet

  • Contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital if you are using more than the recommended tablet.
