Amlip AT Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). This is a combination of two medicines that controls blood pressure when a single medication is not effective.

How to Use Amlip AT Tablet

  • Always take this Amlip AT Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
  • Never crush or chew this medicine.
  • This medicine can be used before or after food.

If you forget to take Amlip AT Tablet

  • If you forget to take a dose of Amlip AT Tablet, just take your next scheduled dose at the correct time.
  • Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet.

If you take more Amlip AT Tablet

  • Do not take a double dose. If you take more, then contact your doctor or nearest hospital for advice.

If you stop taking Amlip AT Tablet

  • Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking Amlip AT Tablet. Contact your doctor before stopping.

Warning & Precautions of Amlip AT Tablet?

Talk to your doctor if you:

  • Are allergic to Amlip AT Tablet or to any of its ingredients
  • Have kidney or heart problems
  • During pregnancy
  • Are alcoholic
  • Suffer from chest pain at rest or with minimal effort (unstable angina pectoris)
  • Have severe low blood pressure (hypotension)
  • Have heart failure or have suffered a heart attack during the past month
  • Have severe increase in blood pressure (Hypertensive crisis)
  • Have liver or kidney problems
  • Are elderly
  • Have second- or third-degree heart block (a condition which may be treated by a pacemaker)
  • Have very slow or uneven heart beats

  • Sleepiness
  • Headache
  • Ankle swelling
  • Slow heart rate
  • Palpitations
  • Nausea
  • Edema (swelling)
  • Constipation
  • Tiredness
  • Cold extremities
  • Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk)

  • Keep Amlip AT Tablet out of the reach of kids.
  • Store at room temperature (15-25ºC).
  • Do not take Amlip AT Tablet after the expiry date. It may cause dizziness.
  • Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
