What AMLONG is used for?

It is used for the treatment of

  • High blood pressure
  • Chest pain due to narrowing of the blood vessels of the heart muscle
  • Uneven heartbeats or heart attack

Directions & For Use

  • Always take AMLONG exactly as you were told by your doctor,
  • This medicinal product can be used before or after meals.
  • You should take this medication with a glass of water at the same time each day.
  • Do not use grapefruit juice with AMLONG

If you take more tablets from AMLONG,

  • Contact your nearest hospital casualty department if you have taken too much of AMLONG

If you fail to take tablets with AMLONG

  • If you have forgotten to take a tablet, miss the dose entirely.
  • At the right time, take the next dose.
  • You should not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

If you stop taking tablets with AMLONG

  • Consult your doctor before you stop taking this medicine

Side Effects

  • This medicine can cause side effects, like all drugs, but not everybody gets them.
  • Sudden wheeziness, pain in the chest, shortness of breath, or trouble breathing
  • Swelling of the eyelids, lips or ears, throat, and tongue
  • Extreme skin reactions, including severe skin rash, hives, reddening of the entire body of the skin, severe scratching, blistering, skin peeling and swelling, inflammation of the skin
