Amlopin 10 Tablet is belong to a class of medicines known as a calcium channel blockers. It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and prevent angina (heart-related chest pain). It lowers blood pressure and reduces the workload of the heart which helps in preventing heart attacks and strokes.

How to Use Amlopin 10 Tablet?

  • Normally take Amlopin 10 Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
  • Do not crush or chew the tablet.
  • It may cause diarrhea, gas or an upset stomach.
  • Put it in your mouth but do not swallow it.
  • Do not handle the tablets with wet hands.

If you forget to take Amlopin 10 Tablet

  • Take your Amlopin 10 Tablet at the next scheduled time if you miss a dose and it is close to the next scheduled dose.
  • Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you missed.

If you take more Amlopin 10 Tablet

  • Contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital if you are taking more than the recommended tablet.
  • These effects usually wear off in a few hours.

If you stop taking Amlopin 10 Tablet

  • Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking this medicine.
