How to Use Amlosafe 3D Tablet

  • Always take this Amlosafe 3D Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
  • Swallow the tablet with a glass of water.
  • Azikem 500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
  • Never crush or chew this medicine.

If you forget to take Amlosafe 3D Tablet

  • If you forget to take a dose of Amlosafe 3D Tablet, just take your next scheduled dose at the correct time.
  • Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet.

If you take more Amlosafe 3D Tablet

  • Do not take a double dose. If you take more, then contact your doctor or nearest hospital for advice.

If you stop taking Amlosafe 3D Tablet

  • Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking Amlosafe 3D Tablet. Contact your doctor before stopping.

Warning & Precautions of Amlosafe 3D Tablet?

Talk to your doctor if you:

  • Are allergic to Azikem 500mg Tablet or to any of its ingredients
  • Are suffering from cardiogenic shock
  • Are suffering from narrowing of the aortic heart valve
  • Suffer from heart failure after a heart attack
  • Have liver or kidney problems
  • Are elderly, your doctor may monitor you closely
  • Have diabetes or impaired kidney function
  • Have Gout
  • Suffer from heart trouble

  • Store at room temperature (15-25ºC).
  • Do not take Amlosafe 3D Tablet after the expiry date.
  • Drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness or very dry mouth.
  • Take Azikem 500mg Tablet in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
