 It is belong to a family of pharmaceutical products referred to as calcium channel blockers. Amtas 5 Tablet It is used to treat in heart-related chest pain (prevent angina) and hypertension (high blood pressure). 

What are the uses Amtas 5 Tablet?

Aten 25 Tablet is used for treating,

• Treatment of Angina (heart-related chest pain)
• Treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure)

How to Use Amtas 5 Tablet?

• Always take this Amtas 5 Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
• Take this medicine with whole glass of water.
• Do not chew or break.
• Take Amtas 5 Tablet once a day, with or without food.

If you forget to take Amtas 5 Tablet

• Take your medicine at the next scheduled time if you miss a dose and it is close to the next scheduled dose.  Wait and take the next dose of Amtas 5 Tablet at your regular time.

If you take more Amtas 5 Tablet

• Do not take more than one dose at a time.

If you stop taking Amtas 5 Tablet

• Your doctor will advise you how long to take this medicine.
• Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking Amtas 5 Tablet.

Warning & Precautions of Amtas 5 Tablet

Talk to your doctor if you:

• Have diabetes, kidney problems
• Have a type of chest pain (angina) called prinzmetal’s angina
• Are allergic to amlodipine
• Ever had heart or liver problems
• During pregnancy
• During driving

• Dizziness
