Aptflam-SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Aceclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.

How to Use Aptflam-SP Tablet?

  • Normally use Aptflam-SP Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
  • Do not crush or chew the tablet.
  • Put it in your mouth but do not swallow it.
  • Do not handle the tablets with wet hands.

If you use more Aptflam-SP Tablet

  • Contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital if you are using more than the recommended tablet.
  • These effects usually wear off in a few hours.

If you stop using Aptflam-SP Tablet

  • Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop using this medicine.

If you forget to use Aptflam-SP Tablet

  • Use your Aptflam-SP Tablet at the next scheduled time if you miss a dose and it is close to the next scheduled dose.
  • Do not use a double dose to make up for the one you missed.
