Aten 25 Tablet is used to reduce high blood pressure and alleviate chest pain caused by decreased heart blood flow. It is belongs to a group of medicines called beta-blockers.

• Treatment of Arrhythmia
• Prevention of Heart attack

How to Use Aten 25 Tablet

• Always take this Aten 25 Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
• Take this medicine with whole glass of water.

If you forget to take Aten 25 Tablet

• Take your medicine at the next scheduled time if you miss a dose and it is close to the next scheduled dose.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is time for your next dose.

If you take more Aten 25 Tablet

• Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
• Overdose signs often include reduced heart rate, blood pressure, chest tightness due to muscle cramps in the airways or a loss of consciousness.

If you stop taking Aten 25 Tablet

• Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking Aten 25 Tablet.

Warning & Precautions of Aten 25 Tablet

Talk to your doctor if you:

• Have a tumor called pheochromocytoma
• Have metabolic acidosis
• Have poor blood circulation
• Have diabetes, kidney problems
• Have very slow or uneven heart beats
• Have thyrotoxicosis
• Have asthma, wheezing or breathing problems
• Have a type of chest pain (angina) called Prinzmetal’s angina
