Atorlip-F Tablet is belong to a group of medicines known as statins, which is lipid (fat) regulating medicine. This medicine helps to minimize the risk of heart failure.

How to Use Atorlip-F Tablet?

  • Always take this Atorlip-F Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
  • Swallow the tablet with a glass of water. Try to take your tablet at the same time every day.
  • You can take this tablet with or without food.

If you forget to take Atorlip-F Tablet

  • If you forget to take a dose, just take your next scheduled dose at the correct time. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet.

If you take more Atorlip-F Tablet

  • Do not take a double dose. If you take more, then contact your doctor or nearest hospital for advice.
  • Overdosing with Atorlip-F medicine may cause serious life-threatening conditions.

If you stop taking Atorlip-F Tablet

  • Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking Atorlip-F Tablet.

Warning & Precautions of Atorlip-F Tablet?

Talk to your doctor if you:

  • Have had or have a family member with a history of hereditary muscular disorders
  • Have poorly controlled diabetes mellitus (type II)
  • Have nephrotic syndrome
  • Have decreased levels of a certain protein in the blood (hypoalbuminemia)
  • Have severe respiratory failure
  • Have a condition which effects the amount of protein in the blood (dysproteinemia)
