How to Use Axogurd-SR Tablet

• Always take this Axogurd-SR Tablet exactly as your doctor has told you.
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water.
• Axogurd-SR Tablet may be taken with or without food.
• Never crush or chew this medicine.

If you forget to take Axogurd-SR Tablet

• If you forget to take a dose of Axogurd-SR Tablet, just take your next scheduled dose at the correct time.
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet.

If you take more Axogurd-SR Tablet

• Do not take a double dose. If you take more, then contact your doctor or nearest hospital for advice.

If you stop taking Axogurd-SR Tablet

• Until your doctor advises you to do so, do not stop taking Axogurd-SR Tablet. Contact your doctor before stopping.

• Store at room temperature (15-25ºC).
• Do not take Axogurd-SR Tablet after the expiry date.
• Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Axogurd-SR Tablet, as it may cause excessive sleepiness.
• Take Axogurd-SR Tablet in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
