Directions & For Use

  • Always take this medication exactly as you have been told by your doctor,
  • As a whole, it should be swallowed,
  • Take this medication 1 hour before your meal, or 2 hours after your meal.
  • Adults and adolescents weighing 45 kg and over in body weight
  • The recommended dosage is 500 mg (2 doses), taken once daily for 3 days, taken together.

Side effects

  • Headache
  • Swollen throat and lips
  • Difficulty to pass urine, blood in urine
  • Diarrhea, nausea
  • Stomach pain
  • Dizziness
  • Breathing difficulty
  • Swelling of pancreas (pancreatitis)
  • Yellowing of the skin (Jaundice)
  • Lack of appetite
  • Irregular heart beat
  • Skin reaction, rash, itching, blistering, fever

Before taking this medicine, consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

  • Have gravis myasthenia
  • Are allergic (hypersensitive) to or to some other macrolide antibiotic ingredient in this drug, such as erythromycin or clarithromycin.
  • Have problems with your liver or kidney or heart
  • Have levels of low potassium or magnesium
